In this class, you will learn how to properly clean your apples (and other fruit) two different ways! You will be able to clean your fruit and dip them the same day. You will learn how to make your candy from scratch, flavor it with endless flavor options, color the candy to match any theme you may want and dip flawlessly with no bubbles in your candy. You will learn how to make your candy mixture sparkle using FDA approved ingredients. We will also have a free bonus of making the ever so popular “Crack Grapes” (aka Candied Grapes) and which toppings are most popular for these. Recipe included.
